From the time we first meet to the launch of your site is typically a 4-week process. We practice “momentum creative,” which means our team will work at a steady pace to keep everyone focused and on track.

While we understand delays happen, we ask that you build a little extra time in your schedule to dedicate to the collaboration process.

We highly recommend tracking down login information to your domain provider, Instagram account, and any other tools we may need access to. Delaying a website launch over a lost password is no one’s idea of a good time!

Step 1:
Every engagement begins with an assessment that you’ll complete on your own. Once we receive your responses, we’ll schedule a 1-hour strategy session.

Step 2:
During our session, we’ll review your responses, talk about what your dream website should look like, and begin brainstorming creative ideas.

We’ll chat about the pages you’ll need, integrations with your other tools, layout, color, design styles, trends, what you love, what you hate, and what makes the most sense for your brand.

Step 3:
We do not use templates. Therefore, the next step is to create a wireframe for the homepage of your website. A wireframe is like the blueprint of a house, it defines the layout, key functional elements, and, in our case, the copy that will be included on the homepage of your site.

Once this is created, we’ll send it to you for review and send a consolidated list of changes from you and anyone else who you consult during the creative process. (We highly recommend you keep this group very small and not introduce opinioned spouses or even well-meaning besties who haven’t been privy to our strategic discussions.)

Once we receive your feedback, our creative team will get to work bringing your homepage to life. We will repeat the process, sharing it with you and making a single round of edits from your consolidated list.

Once the homepage is finalized, we’ll complete the four remaining pages and complete the process for the final time. One round of changes is included in the final four pages.

Following the launch of your site, we’ll conduct a 1-hour, recorded training session to teach you how to make basic text and image updates.

If you’d like help updating and maintaining your site over time, we have monthly packages available.

Working with our team is collaborative from start to finish. Our creative process, refined through years of experience, is designed to match your vision with our strategic know-how.

It’s rare, but on the occasion that we reach the end of the project and you’re not in love with the result of our work, we’ll discuss a reasonable hourly rate for additional edits.

The total cost of this package is $4800.

To get started, you’ll pay $1200. After that, we’ll charge $1200 to your card on file every wee kfor a total of 4 payments.

Important Notes:

• Your website will be hosted on SquareSpace. Your hosting fee includes security and an award-winning support team. While the cost varies depending on the plan your business will need, you can plan on $276 - $324 per year, which is paid directly to SquareSpace via your card on file. If you’d like to take advantage of our 20% discount, please DO NOT create a SquareSpace account ahead of time.

• A website is only as good as the brand that supports it. If you do not have a logo, color palette, font-pairing, or style guide that you love, please consider adding the Logo and Style Guide package to your order.

• We highly recommend that you schedule a photoshoot if you don’t have recent photography of you and your team (if applicable).

• Please note that you will need to purchase a domain if you don’t already have one. If you do, we will transfer it to your new site.
